Phân lập và thiết lập chất chuẩn vitexin từ rau đắng đất (Glinus oppositifolius (L.) Aug. DC.)

Abstract

From Glinus oppositifolius (L) Aug. DC. the bioactive component vitexin was isolated and purified. The confirmation of its structure was mainly done by UV-VIS, IR, MS, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR. The quality was controled by HPLC as follows: Phenomenex Gemini C18 column (250 x4.6 mm, 5 µm) at 30°C. detector PDA at 210 nm with mobile phase: acetonitril-acetic acid 0.1% (20:80) and flowrate 1.0 ml/min with calibration cun/es established by six replicate expenments with vitexln showed a good linear regression over the range of 10 - 200 pg/ml with R² = 0.9992, the precision RSD < 2%. The purity of the obtained vltexin was 99.36 %.
