dc.description.abstractFrom Glinus oppositifolius (L) Aug. DC. the bioactive component vitexin was isolated and purified. The confirmation of its structure was mainly done by UV-VIS, IR, MS, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR. The quality was controled by HPLC as follows: Phenomenex Gemini C18 column (250 x4.6 mm, 5 µm) at 30°C. detector PDA at 210 nm with mobile phase: acetonitril-acetic acid 0.1% (20:80) and flowrate 1.0 ml/min with calibration cun/es established by six replicate expenments with vitexln showed a good linear regression over the range of 10 - 200 pg/ml with R² = 0.9992, the precision RSD < 2%. The purity of the obtained vltexin was 99.36 %.vi_VN
