| Abstract: | A new series of N-(4-methoxy-3-aminoalkyloxy-phenyl)thiourea were synthesized and their glutaminyl cyclase (QC) inhibitivity was fluorometrically evaluated The compounds were obtained via 6 or 7 steps by well-known reactions. Of these synthesized compounds, four (22-25) showed potential inhibitory activity on glutaminyl cyclase (QC) (ICX values of 9,026.8 nM). |
