Abstract: | Dry extract powders from Scutellaria barbata (D. Don) were prepared. By investigating the influential factors such as solvent; extraction (method, duration and times), excipient and its ratio, drying temperature and time, the process was proposed as: Reflux with ethanol 70% by 3 times, each for one hour; the obtained extracts are concentrated to the moisture of 25%, add starch at the ratio of 20% compared with the solid content; dry the obtained mixture at 9ữC for 13 hrs, then grind the dry to powders. |
