Chiết xuất, phân lập một số saponin từ thân rễ cây mài gừng (Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright), họ Củ nâu (Dioscoreaceae) thu hái tại Quảng Ngãi

Abstract

Two saponin steroids were isolated from the butanol extracts of the rhizomes of Dioscorea zingiberensls C. H. Wright collected in Quảng Ngãi, Vietnam and indentified as: Diosgenln-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl (2D1) and diosgefìin-3-O-fỉ-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1→2)]-β-D- glucopyranosyl (2E1). Their chemincal structures were elucidated by physicochemical charactehzation and spectroscopic analysis (1D, 2D- NMR, MS) in reference to the literature. The occurence of these two saponin steroids in the plant Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright was reported for the first time.
