Khảo sát hoạt tính kháng viêm in vitro của các hợp chất alkaloid từ rễ cây bá bệnh ( Elongifolia Jack)

Abstract

Four canthin-6-one alkaloids were isolated from the root extracts of Eurycoma longifolia (Jack). By spectroscopical elucidation, they were identified as: 9-hydroxycathin-6-one (1), 9-methoxycanthin-6-one (2), 9,10-dimethoxycanthin-6-one (3) and 5-methoxycanthin-6-one (4). Compounds (3) and (4) were isolated from the roots ofE. iongifolia growing in Vietnam for the first time. In an in vitro anti-inflammatory assay compound (3) exhibited significant inhibitory activity on the NO production in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. The ICX value of (3) was determined as 33.11 ± 2.98pM.
