Nghiên cứu tiêu chuẩn hóa bài thuốc Testin CT3 dựa trên các chỉ tiêu định tính và định lượng một số chất đặc trưng bằng phương pháp TLC và HPLC

Abstract

The extracts of the compound herbal remedy Testin CT3 were qualitatively analyzed by TLC on silica gel 60G F₂₅₄ plate, with 3 solvent systems: (1) n-hexan - ethylacetate - acetone (7:2:1); (2) chloroform - methanol - water (65:35:10, lower phase); (3) chloroform - ethyl acetate - formic acid (2:3:1). Phytochemically, osthole and imperatorin were quantitatively determined by HPLC: Columm - Agilent C₁₈ (250 mm x4.6 mm, 5 pm); Mobile phase - acetonitrile : phosphoric acid 0.1 %, gradient elution; flow rate - 1.0 ml/min; Detector UV (248 and 321 nm) for imperatorin and osthole, respectively. The method was successfully applied in quantitative determination of imperatorin and osthole in the extracts of Testin CT3 remedy. These results might contribute to the standardization of Testin CT3 remedy.
