dc.description.abstract	Albendazole tablets were prepared for higher drug dissolution by wet granulation. Effects of the excipients, particularly the superdisintegrants and surfactants, on dissolution of albendazole were assessed. The tablet formula of the highest dissolution released albendazole over 98 % after 30 minutes, compared to 93 % from the reference Zentel tablets (of which the tablet specications well satistified the requirements of the Vietnamese Pharmacopoeia V, as: at pH 1.2, after 30 minutes, the drug dissolution attains >80%).	vi_VN
