Abstract: From the aqueous fractions of the ethanol mot extracts of Psychotria asiatica L collected In Son Tay (Ha Noi), two kaempferol glycosides were isolated by chromotography and identified as kaempferol 3-O-(2,6-di-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside and kaempferol 3-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl -(1→2)-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)]-β-D-galactopyranoside. Their structures were elucidated by ¹H, ¹³HC. HSQC and HMBC. Both compounds were isolated from the Psychotria genus for the first time.
