dc.description.abstract | A liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) procedure was established for simultaneous determination of silybin and isosilybin in rabbit plasma, with quercetin as internal standard: Colum - Eclipse plus C10, Mobie phase - acetonitril: formic acid 0.1 %, Mode - gradient; flow rate - 0.5 mL/min, Injection volume - 10 pL For injection sample, the analyzed plasma was extracted with ethyl acetate by liquid-liquid extraction. The linear range was defined to be 10 to 200 ng.mL'. The method was validated for selective, linearity, LOD and LOQ... As for practical application, two drug formulations containing silybin and isosilybin were analyzed. The method proved helpul for evaluation of oral bioavailability of silybin and isosilybin preparations. | vi_VN |
