Antioxidant fractions from the dried fruits of Phyilanthus emblica L. (Euphorbiaceae) were obtained by reflux extraction and separation with Sepiite XDA 5 macroporous absorption resin. The separation was performed as follows: Sampling content - 10-15 % (mA/); adsorbtion - 90 minutes at rate of 2 BV/h; Eluent desorption - with 30 %, 70 %, 95 % ethanol (4 BV/h); Volume - 3 BV each elution concentration. The obtained fractions were then tested for antioxidant activity using DPPH and peroxydase activity in human blood methods to select the fractions of the antioxidant activity powerful enough to be usable to product raw antioxidant-rich pharmaceutical materials. In general, the whole process seemed safe and economical and enlargeable to industrial scale,vi_VN
