Abstract

This article presents the results of research on the actual status of teaching and teaching management at Hanoi college of arts towards development of learner's capacity. Additionally, the article examines the influence of factors affecting the management of teaching at the college. Also, the author proposes measures to improve quality of teaching at the school and develop the learning capacity for learners.
