| Abstract: | Investment in developing scientific and technological resources at higher education institutions is required in current period. This paper outlines the current state of investment in development of scientific and technological resources at tertiary education institutions in some key fields in the period 2011-2016. Based on the situation, the article proposes some measures to develop scientific and technological potential at higher education institutions to meet requirements of the integration of our country. |
