Abstract

Scientific research is considered a key task of universities and a link between the academic environment and development of all aspects of the social life. Today, science and technology has become the direct productive force and a factor determining the competitiveness of countries. Therefore, education reform in line with scientific research is required and considered a trend, a positive measure of the dynamic and creative education. This article mentions the situation of scientific research at Hai Duong medical technical university and proposes solutions to ensure the quality of scientific research, application and technological transfer at the university in current context.
