Abstract

The educational management staff plays the important role in the education reform of our country in general and of Hanoi in particular. Moreover, development of human resources towards competence approach is appropriate to reality of the education of our country. In this article, author proposes some measures to develop educational management staff at high schools in Hanoi towards competence approach with aim to train high quality human resources, meeting the requirements of reality in current period.
