Abstract

The paper analyzes fundamental innovations of new education curriculum and textbook in sex groups: The program follows a capacity development approach, integrated education, two=stage structure, multiple textbooks, decentralization of management, and assessments by capacity approach; it also presents the challenges and implications for the education system, students, teachers and administrators. The research results will help teachers, scientists and administrators to have an overview of how to successfully implement the curriculum.
