Abstract: | There arc many effecting factor the implementation of supportive policies in primary education for ethnic minority pupils at primary and secondary levels in Bac Son District, which are divided into two groups, subjective factors and groups of objective factors. The results of the cognitive surveys of the subjects show that both groups of factors have a clear impact, but the subjective factors are more pronounced than the effects of objective factors. |
