dc.description.abstractImproving the quality of training management at colleges is the right policy of the Party and the State, contributing to improving the quality of human resource training to meet the requirements of the industrialization-modernization. Thus, in vocational colleges of our country, the vocational training management process is not uniform in terms of objectives, contents of curricula, textbooks and teachers; conditions of facilities... are inadequate and limited, so the quality of human resource training does not meet the demand of labor market.
