Abstract: Experiential education can be considered as an educational ideology that is emphasized and conducted primarily through the learners' activities. This theory has been formally recognized since the second half of last century, well-known by the names of the two great educators John Dewey and David Kolb. The application of experimental education, experimental learning has been studied and conducted in many countries, including Vietnam for different levels and objects. The study presents the results of the study on the application of experiential theory model of David Kolb in pedagogical practicing activities at military officer schools with aims to enhance the quality of training.
