Abstract

There have been radical changes in the new general education curriculum, including learner approaches through subjects that are appropriately designed towards the featured characteristics of the time. Therefore, they have certain influences on the managerial and professional competences of managers and teachers. The article mentions the requirements on improving the managerial and professional competences of managers and teachers to satisfy the innovation of general education curriculum.
