Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze the English learning outcomes of students of the non-public university in Ho Chi Minh City. The theoretical foundation is analyzed and synthesized from previous studies. The sample of 436 students was randomly selected using a quantitative analysis method and in which the ordered logit regression model was used as a data analysis tool. Research results indicate that English performance is influenced by factors such as gender, goal valuation, self-study, and attitudes toward the lecturer.
