Abstract

English is now an important international language over the world which is used in many fields of our life. Of all skills, speaking skill is considered the most important and necessary to communicate between individuals. For this reason, the study aims at finding out the reality of English speaking skills practice, factors which affect the process of practice at Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) and suggesting some practical activities which students may apply to imrove their speaking skills outside their class.
