Abstract

There are many factors that affect the process of fostering strategic thinking for senior leaders in studying advanced political theory. In this study, author points out subjective and objective factors that influence the improvement of strategic thinking for senior leaders in studying advanced political theory at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics with aim to consider adjust and update some contents in training strategic thinking for trainees in current period.
