Abstract

Training of critical thinking skills for students in necessary to give students a positive view and avoid the negative ones as well as promote the creativity of learners. The paper presents the concept of critical thinking and process of training these skills. Additionally, the article proposes some measures to improve critical thinking skills for students of Human Resource Management at Hanoi University of Home Affairs, contributing to improvement of quality of human resources with aim to meet the need of the soctety.
