Abstract

The Universities, adminitrative staffs there are very important in university, which to implement of supporting the management of education. Development this team is an indispenable task to improve the quality of human resources to meet the requirement of modern higher education reform. This article present the results of a suvery on the current state of development of adminitrative staff at Sai Gon University in terms of phanning, recruitment, employment, trainig and retraining, bild the working environment and condition for this staff.
