Abstract

University financial autonomous is a topic that has received much attention in Vietnam, especially from policymakers and university systerm. However, university financial autonomous in Vietnam is still in the pilot phase and implementation is still limited. Therefore, the finanlization of financial autonomous in universities from countries around the world (including develop countries in Europe, Australia and Asia) to find good practices, In line with the Vietnamese context, it will be important for planners to adopt policies that are geared towards the direction and expansion of financial autonomous to facilitate the sustainable development of the Vietnamese university systerm.
