Abstract

Socio-economic development and scientific and technological achievements lead to changes in education and in schools. In fact, the changes are requừed to meet requirements of reality. The article presents the contents of managing changes at school and also analyses the role of school principals - the management agents - as well as essential qualities and competencies for principals to manage changes at school in current period.
