Abstract

To educate the reading culture for secondary school students, managers must promote the strength of all educational forces, including library. This article presents the situation of library activity management towards reading culture education for students at secondary schools in Hanoi. Also, the article proposes measures to improve effectiveness of managing library activities towards reading culture education for students at secondary schools.
