Abstract

The teaching activities of teachers at military schools and institutions have specific characteristics and require some unique competences for teaching staff. These competences consist of professional ability (pedagogical capacity and managerial competence); scientific research capacity; the knowledge of national defense and security as well as military art and command ability. These competences for teaching staff at military schools are mentioned specifically in the article.
