Abstract

Preschool teachers are one of the key determinants of the quality of education and training because early childhood education is the first level of education. Thus, attention should be paid to the management of the development of teachers at pre-schools, especially the private schools. The paper focuses on the scientific foundations that contribute to creating a solid theoretical foundation for identifying some new research orientations for the development of teachers in private preschools in Hanoi City.
