To appreciate the current situation of the quality of human resources in the province, needs and orientations for development of labor resources of the province in the coming time and continuing propose some solutions to development vocational training for labor, high quality labor training to satisfy the needs of enterprise, linking vocational training and dealing with jobs... Thus, contributing to improving the quality of labor force.
