Abstract

University autonomous is a trend of development, which is a prerequisite for the implementation of advanced university governance practices to improve and improve the quality of education. Vietnam has issued policies related to university autonomy, but the implementation process still has limitations. The article analyzes the current situation of teaching activities at Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy in the direction of academic autonomous, therefore, proposing some measures to manage teaching activities in this school in the direction of academic autonomous to improve the quality of training.
