dc.description.abstractMicroteaching is the programmed teaching approach, in which the process of practicing teaching skills is divided into parts to carry out and get experiences through visual media, associated with positive feedback from participants. In this paper, we introduce results of a study to determine the system of teaching skills that can be practiced by microteaching and the process of practicing teaching skills by microteaching. The process was applied not only in the general training process but also in the self-training process of students and of junior teachers in order to form and develop teaching skills, by that the teaching ability will be improved and the professional capacity will be perfect.vi_VN
