Abstract

It is very important to improve the quality of education, the investment and development for teaching staff and managerial staff in which defining strategy of plan, criteria of teaching staff and managerial staff training is the first priority. If there is a sufficient number of qualified teachers and managers, the education work will be strengthened as well as the quality of education will be improved. The article mentions the development of teaching staff, managerial staff in integration context.
