The urgent need for cold supply chains for the mekong delta

Abstract

The Mekong Delta contributes 40% of the national total agriculturahproduction value with 50% of rice production, 90% of rice export, 65% of aqua-product and 70% of fruits. However, the rise or fall of agricultural values has depended much on cold supply chains.
