Rural transport improves logistics value chains

Abstract

Over 10 years ago, on August 5th 2008, the Party Central Committee (Term X) issued the Resolution no.26-NQ/TW on Agriculture, farmers and rural areas. To implement the policy, the Government has had many important resolutions and policies to encourage investment, including the Resolution no.80/NQ-CP dated May 19th, 2011 with a sustainable poverty reduction orientation from 2011 - 2020. "New Rural Are" has been identified the key matter in the progress of industrialization and modernization rural area. And 'road' is the must-have.
