dc.description.abstract | In recent years, many universities in Vietnam generally and in business & management programs particularly have encountered a worrying situation as the increasing number of graduates have not yet equipped themselves with the outputs to meet the working requirements of the industry. With the goal of comprehensively renovating Vietnam's higher education in a practical direction and applying technology and digital transformation into teaching in the 2021-2030 period, higher education institutions need to apply advanced methods to develop learning programs to meet the needs of Vietnamese students, society and international integration. And obviously, a prerequisite for better teaching methods is how to solve the problem of the capacity gaps between graduates and the actual requirements of the Iabor market. | vi_VN |
