BUILDING A WEBSITE COLLECTING HOTEL INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Abstract

With the strong development in the field of information technology, searching and looking up hotel information online is very easy. Currently, many websites support very good hotel search, users can register rooms with very simple operations such as agoda.com website, chudu24.com,... The number of hotels is increasingly great with different support services, so it can be difficult for users to make choices. The website collecting hotel information and recommendation is proposed. In this thesis, the list of hotels are collected from chudu24.com. The recommended hotel list is built based on the similarities of the hotels users are viewing with other hotels in the same destination. The website is integrated with a recommendation function to support to search a favourable hotel and users find hotels that match the user’s criteria
