Analyze the company’s actual turnover and exports during the last three years. Assess the effectiveness of previous exports to identify the advantages and difficulties. It then proposes a method to select the appropriate method of export, evaluate the efficiency, cost, and benefits that this approach brings to the company’s business outcome.
