VIRTUAL ADVISOR CHATBOT FOR HIGH QUALITY IT PROGRAM CLASSES BASED ON DIALOGFLOW, CHATFUEL AND JANIS PLATFORM

Abstract

Info about the school you are studying in is important, like regulation, terms, time and classes. But when you need to ask your advisor, they can’t help at the moment because of reasons. Therefore,the research issue of the topic is to build a virtual learning advisory system to support the student management of the university. Research methodology is documentary research and experimental investigation. This system is based on Chatfuel, Janis and Dialogflow platform. The system will help students answer questions related to learning problems. The academic advisor will have more time for other assignments. Students receive real-time, prompt and timely consultation. The result is a virtual learning advisory system with the necessary basic functions has been built to support students.
