Abstract: | Nowadays, in the era of industrialization, modernization and the period when information technology is developing extremely fast and strongly over the world, the products of the information technology industry are hardware and software and Artificial Intelligence is being applied in almost every different field and industry of society. Therefore, the need of computerized in companies, agencies and enterprises in managing is impossible not to mention. On the other hand, the most important factor that determines the success or failure of a company is the human resource. This importance has promoted the need of managing human resources in companies in the most systematic, fast and accurate way. An effective human resource management system will help managers have appropriate adjustment strategies. In order to approach this above need, this thesis will focus on building a web application to help manage the human resource system of a company or organization with the topic “Building a smart human resource management system – Attendance module”. The management system with main features such as employee management, department management, privilege management, etc. Beside, this thesis will integrate identification features through available APIs to develop this application. This thesis will describe the technical aspects in building a human resource management system with the attendance and salary calculation module. |
