Abstract: | The study aims to establish a model for factors influencing total reward (TR) and analyse the actual influences of those factors to TR at Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). The authors conducted a survey of 700 workers at BIDV branches across the nation using a pre-designed questionnaire. The number of usable survey sheet collected is 653. Combined with data processing using SPSS and AMOS 21 software, the following results are acquired: Operational efficiency factors, the competence of the TR team, human resource strategy, the legal regulations on TR and organizational culture all have an impact on TR but at different level. In which, operational efficiency has the strongest impact on TR at BIDV. Based on the actual analysis, the research proposes some recommendation to improve the factors that facil-itate the completion of TR at BIDV. |
