Abstract: | Climate change has greatly altered environmental conditions of aquatic ecosystems in many regions all over the world in the last decades. Temperature and salinity are the main ecological factors influence to the aquatic environment. In the experiment, red tilapia (7.1g) were fed the six diets with 3 levels of protein (25%, 30% and 35%) and two levels of lipid (6% and 9%) under satiate feeding in salinity of 0ppt – normal temperature and 12ppt – 34oC to determine growth performance, lipid and protein requirements. In 0ppt – normal temperature the feed with 6% of lipid and 25% of protein showed the best growth performance. However in the treatment 12ppt – 34oC, the feed containing 9% of lipid and 30% of protein showed the best growth performance. Finally, in condition of salinity 12ppt – 34oC, the growth performance of red tilapia showed the better results than in 0ppt – normal temperature. |
