Abstract

Inevitably, group assignments, small projects, or massive projects for students to discuss and accomplish together will be part of each student's learning experience. However, using conventional techniques like verbal communication or dubious meetings reduces teamwork's efficacy and slows down or stalls progress. With the help of these tools, students' project management during the learning process will be supported. Significant functionalities are built based on the Kanban paradigm to assist students in managing team members' progress. Additionally, it supports messaging and commenting so that users can communicate with one another more naturally and actively. The project is based on Javascript as the primary language, with many support libraries attached and accompanying frameworks like React Native for mobile applications and ReactJS for web applications. The system is easily expandable in the future thanks to NoSQL databases' flexibility and high performance. The thesis is completed most of the proposed functions, with a way of organizing and building the system based on reliable data sources.
