BUILDING A PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR STUDENTS BASED ON KANBAN AND HORENSO MODELS – MODULE: CI/CD AND OPTIMIZATION

Abstract

It is inevitable that group assignments, little projects, or huge projects for students to discuss and accomplish together will be part of each student's learning experience. However, using conventional techniques like verbal communication or dubious meetings not only reduce teamwork's efficacy but also slow down or stalls progress. With the help of these tools, students' project management during the learning process will be supported. To assist students in managing the progress of team members, the major functionalities are based on the Kanban paradigm. Additionally, it supports messaging and commenting so that users can communicate with one another more naturally and actively. The project is based on JavaScript as the primary language, with a number of support libraries attached, and accompanying frameworks like React Native for mobile applications and ReactJS for web applications. The system is easily expandable in the future thanks to the flexibility and high performance of using NoSQL databases. “Building a project management support application for students based on Kanban and Horenso model” completed most of the proposed functions, with a wayof organizing and building the system based on reliable data sources.
