Abstract: Society is developing day by day, people's life is improving day by day due to the increasing demands of people's living, working and entertaining. In particular, the coffee shop business thrives because many people choose a coffee shop as a place to study, entertain, work, ... However, at present, there are still many coffee shops that are managed manually, making the management difficult, time-consuming and laborious. Facing that situation, the mobile cafe management application was born to make management easy and convenient. More convenient, reduce the volume of records to better store information, update data quickly and accurately, ... The system includes three user groups: customers, waiters and administrators. For customers, the application supports customers to view menu details, prices, and search for dishes by keyword. For waiters, allowing service staff to manage orders from the phone, add, delete, update quantity and confirm item status,... For administrators, there are functions such as table management, menu management, staff management, revenue statistics, ... The application is developed on the Android platform using Firebase database written in Java language and based on the MVC architectural pattern. Documentation will include all documents related to the development of a software system such as software requirements specification, design documentation and test documentation.
