dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, in the era of industrialization, modernization, and the period when information technology is developing rapidly all over the world, chatbots or conversational agents have become popular. They supply user help through conversations within a messaging interface, help users quickly obtain information, make decisions, and perform common work tasks. Therefore, the need for a support chatbot for a small auto repair shop is impossible not to mention. This thesis focuses on building a web application to help manage the services and appointments of an auto repair shop and integrate a support chatbot to help customers with some support cases. The chatbot is built with Rasa OpenSource Framework and some custom configuration to make the prediction more accurate for customer friendly to use. | vi_VN |
