DEVELOPING A TOURISM SERVICE BOOKING SOFTWARE

Abstract

Today, experiencing tourism services is no longer strange to everyone. However, not everyone has a positive experience with tourism services due to a variety of factors such as registering the experience in an untrustworthy location, not having clear information, and so on. Therefore, "A tourism service booking software" was born with the purpose of improving those problems. The system is deployed with main functions such as searching for tourism services, adding or removing from the favorites list, adding tourism services to the cart, registering for tourism service experiences, communicating between customers and organizers, managing bookings, managing accounts, and managing tourism services, etc. The system is developed using the Dart (Flutter Framework), Java (Spring boot) programming languages, and MySQL database management systems. The search function is built based on elastic search, which contributes to improving the ability to find suitable tourism services for customers. The system has been tested and is relatively stable. The functions work in accordance with the use case requirements and can be useful in practice.
