Therefore, “Building an online system for booking tour” was built to meet this demand. The system has 4 basic user groups. Users without an account can view information about existing tours on the website. Member users have the same functions as users without an account, in addition to the function of booking tours, viewing and editing personal information, sending feedback and questions to the administrator. The administrator has the functions of managing, editing the website, managing the users, the tour orders,... Each tour guide has an account provided by the administrator to connect with the tourists if they have needs. In addition, the system also supports online payment via VNPay, ZaloPay,...
