In order to assemble the necessary information, the questionnaire sheets were delivered to 129 students across all courses, then gathered and processed. The result has shown that, the students believe they are better at Positive Emotion Regulation, comparing to Negative Emotion Regulation. Moreover, gender and course differences did not lead to significant contrast in Emotion Regulation Ability. From a safety perspective, this study emphasises the need to take into account the students’ inefficacy of regulating their negative emotions. |
